When you give to Jefferson Avenue Baptist Church, you help support the ministry of our church, outreach to the East Point community, and the spread of the gospel around the world. We are so thankful for all those who give back to God from the gifts He’s given them.
How to Donate by Mail or In Person
If you would prefer to place a donation off-line, you can do so in two ways:
- Mail a Check
- Come See Us ... during regular office hours.
Our office is open for in-person donations, Monday - Thursday (except holidays or otherwise posted).
You may also send a check by any method of mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
Please include your address and contact phone so we can contact you with any questions as well as provide an end-of-year contribution statement.

How to Donate via Text
Giving via Text is an easy way to process a donation at any time without visiting our website
- Text Number (short code) 73256 -- Enter this as "who" you are texting
- Type GIVEJABC in the body of the message
- Send the Message
A link will be sent back to you that will direct you to our giving form.
You may also include a dollar amount in your message (i.e. GIVEJABC 100) to prefill the amount you wish to give. It can be changed before you submit if you change your mind.

Set-up or Update Automatic Donations
Click above if you have previously donated automatically via our old platform (MoGiv or Amplify). We are switching to Realm and this link will allow you to cancel your current donation in order to then set it up again via Realm.
If you have never donated online before or would like to 1) enter a one time donation or 2) donate regularly and automatically at a particular interval, you may do so with our new online platform below.
On the top right of the form, you will see a link to "SIGN IN". This is only for those that have already set up an account on our REALM platorm. If this is your first time, please use the option to "GIVE MULTIPLE TIMES" and follow the steps.

General Fund
The General Fund is the basis for all tithes given to the church. Gifts to this fund are used for local missions as well as internal needs that are line with the vision and mission of the church.

Part tof our mission is to impact the world for Jesus. Our general funds accomplishes this in part however by choosing Local Outreach, you, the donor can be certain that 100% will be used for a project within the immediate community surrounding the church.
Types and scales of projects are determined based on the gifts received.
Over & Above
Over & Above
In some cases, you may wish to give more than your average tithe. While you most certainly can donate any extra to the general fund, this option acts as a future planning fund that allows us to think creatively on how to move our mission forward whether it be in the short or the long term.
Just as we obey the teaching of Jesus to faithfully provide for the mission of the church, we as a church do the same for all donations given to our "General Fund". While we also accomplish our own missional projects through this general fund, we also give back to organizations like the Atlanta Metro Baptist Association (AMBA) and the Georgia Baptist Mission Board (GBMB) which aid in programs like the Cooperative Program in their statewide, national and global efforts to minister to, support and disciple others locally and abroad. All other gifts are restricted and remain exclusively for the specificed purpose.
Jefferson Avenue Baptist Church is a 501(c)(3) organization. All gifts are tax-deductible.
